Applicant Expectations

All applicants who receive an interview will be expected to present a written 2025-2026 Season Plan which outlines the following: - Team philosophy and expectations, how they will be communicated, implemented and executed. - Expected time commitment of parents and players (practices, games, dry land, tournaments etc...) - Expected budget and required financial commitment for parents/players including payment options/expectations (ie. out of pocket, fundraising, sponsorship etc.) - Player skill development strategy and specific plan - Team tactic development plan
